各種オンライン相談の予約について（在学生限定）

１）オンライン相談の予約ルール（初回利用者 必読）
１．留学生・海外留学相談室が提供する以下のオンライン相談は事前予約が必要です。当日予約は受付けておりません。
２．予約リクエストは翌営業日から2週間後まで、最大で一人1日１回までとさせていただきます。ただし、日本語添削に限り、10月31日までは一人1日2回まで予約を入れることができます。11月1日以降は、予約者が多くなり皆さんへご利用して頂けるように一人1日１回となります。ご注意をお願いいたします。
３．一日2回以上の予約や2週間後以降の予約はキャンセル処理させていただきますのでご了承ください。（日本語添削の予約制限に関しては、上記２をご参照下さい。）
４．予約のキャンセルは、前日までは予約確認メール内に記載されているURLから行うことができます。当日の日本語添削の予約キャンセルは（tensaku@googlegroups.com）、留学生・海外留学相談室のキャンセルは(issaao@googlegroups.com)までメールでご連絡ください。
５．無断欠席が発生した場合、将来のオンラインサービスの利用が制限されます。都合が悪くなった場合は必ず事前にキャンセル処理をお願いします。
６．申請には必ず学籍番号のe-mailアドレスを使用してください。情報セキュリティ上、大学以外のアドレスを使用した予約申請はキャンセルされますので、ご注意ください。
２）予約の流れ
１．希望する下記サービスをクリックし、申請フォームに情報を入力ください

２．予約カレンダーに進んだら、希望するサービスをプルダウンメニューから選択してください。
３．白色の枠をクリックして予約申請を開始します（グレーの枠は予約済みです）。
４．申請には必ず学籍番号のe-mailアドレスを使用してください。
To make a reservation for online advising, please follow the instructions below.
１）Reservation rules （Must read for first-time users）
１．International student online advising requires advance reservation. On-the-day reservation is not accepted.
２．Reservation can be made for the next two weeks ahead, but only one appointment per day.
３．Multiple appointments in the same day or appointments that are more than two weeks away will be cancelled.
４．You may cancel your own reservation up to one day before the day of the appointment via URL provided in a reservation confirmation e-mail. On-the-day cancellation (though not recommended) must be notified via e-mail to issaao@googlegroups.com.
５．No-show without notice will result in restrictions of further online advising usage. For the courtesy of advisors, please notify us of your cancellation IN ADVANCE.
６．When making a reservation, you must register using your HU e-mail address. Per our information security policy, reservations made with personal e-mail address shall be cancelled.
２）Reservation procedures
１．Register your request via Google Form from the URL below.

２．Once you submit the form, you will proceed to a clickable appointment calendar. From the pull-down menu, select “ISSAAO ONLINE”.
３．You may select any time slots that are highlighted in white (gray boxes indicate time slots already booked).
４．Upon making reservation, please use HU e-mail address only.
